• We support our customers in the development and implementation of their color management system and also offer seminars and trainings for 'practical textile color management'.

Based on the color ideas of our customers, we produce technical color standards

• The technical feasibility with focus on practicable, cost-effective processes and dyeing recipes. Selecting dyes and chemical auxiliaries, we are focused on the development of sustainable processes conserving resources as much as possible.
• Customer specific fastness requirements are fullfilled, for example light fastness, washing, sweat and rubbing fastness
• Compliance with RSL (Restricted Substance List) and / or textile standards such as GOTS, ZDHC.

Based on the color idea of ​​the design, the color consitency is optimised. This creates the basis for implementing the color concepts of our customers in production and minimizing or excluding metamerism or photochromism of the garmetns at the POS.

We are partners of small and medium-sized clothing companies with limited resources, but also of large companies with complex requirements:

• Substrate and material: Lilienweiß offers various woven or knitted color standard materials but can use also customer supplied material, for example woven or knitted fabric, cotton and other cellulosic fibers, wool, silk, polyamide or polyester.
• Size and quantity: 3 to 5 color ideas / Labdips within a very short time; variable weight and size - from 5 g to 30 g or DIN A6 to DIN A3.
• We produce color chart material from 0.5 to 15 kg, swatches or customized color cards containing all important technical information.

In addition to digital color standards and substrate-independent spectral values ​​(QTX, Lab / RGB values), Lilienweiß provides customers with a physical color library with over 15.000 technical color standards.
